Please read these Terms carefully before using timzco.store. They set out the legal basis on which we sell our pieces to you.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of timzco.store (the "Site") and the purchase of any product from TIMZ CO ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. The contract between us
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of stock shortage, pricing or product-description errors, suspected fraud, or where delivery to your address is restricted. If we cancel a paid order you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable VAT for EU and UK orders. Orders to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all import duties are calculated at checkout. Payment is authorised at checkout and captured on dispatch. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout; payment is processed by Stripe and Shopify Payments. We do not store full card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are published on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, incorrect addresses or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns, exchanges and withdrawal
Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy. EU consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; the 30-day window above is offered in addition to, not in place of, your statutory rights. Personalised or made-to-measure pieces are final sale and exempt from the right of withdrawal.
6. Product information
Our pieces are handcrafted from natural leather. Minor variations in grain, colour and texture are inherent to the material and are not defects. Photography is colour-managed but on-screen rendering may differ slightly from the physical product.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the TIMZ CO name, logo, product designs, photography, graphics and text — is owned by or licensed to TIMZ CO and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use automated tools to scrape, re-sell, or interfere with the operation of the Site.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at atelier@timzco.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the price paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, carrier failures, customs action or government restrictions.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
